Power Supply Systems Installation Testing Commissioning Tender Notice

Procurement of supply installation testing and commissioning of power supply systems for 16 power vans on FOR basis through Two Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 36(d) of PPRA Rules 2004 - Worldwide sealed bids are invited from original manufacturers OEM authorized manufacturers OEM authorized distributors and local suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on active taxpayers list of Federal Board of Revenue - Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained - Bid security is required to be physically submitted before tender closing in tender box at office of Chief Electrical Engineer while scanned copy of bid shall be uploaded on EPADS - Pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Office of Chief Electrical Engineer Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore - Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Electrical system suppliers and OEM authorized distributors should ensure EPADS compliance technical readiness and timely submission of bid security for successful participation.
