Procurement of plant and machinery hardware IT equipment office furniture and office stationery for District Courts Chitral Lower through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules - Eligible firms and bidders registered with Income Tax Sales Tax KPRA and EPADS may participate - Technical and financial bids are required both electronically through EPADS and in hard copy in separate sealed envelopes - Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt in favor of District and Sessions Judge Chitral Lower is mandatory and must also be uploaded electronically - Technical bids shall be opened in presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives while financial bids of technically qualified firms shall be opened later - Supply delivery construction and installation shall be carried out at District Courts Chitral Lower and Tehsil Courts Drosh - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers of office technology furniture and machinery should ensure EPADS compliance and submission of complete technical and financial documentation.
