Hiring of advertising agency for development and execution of international advertising campaign aimed at promoting Pakistan image enhancing global reputation and supporting export development objectives through visual storytelling - Sealed proposals are invited from advertising agencies through PPRA EPADS system in accordance with terms and conditions laid down in TORs - Technical proposals shall be opened in presence of interested bidders and authorized representatives - Applications submitted through modes other than EPADS shall not be entertained and late proposals shall be rejected - Procuring agency reserves the right to reject or accept proposals under PPRA Rules - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Advertising and media agencies should ensure complete agency profile and compliance with TOR requirements before EPADS submission.
