Furniture Hybrid Solar Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture including tables chairs benches revolving chairs and sofa sets along with installation of hybrid solar energy systems for courts and allied offices at Judicial Complex Rajanpur Judicial Complex Jampur and Judicial Complex Rojhan. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage bidding procedure. All rates shall include GST and PST and remain valid till 30 June 2026. Bidders shall submit bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order along with stamp papers in favour of Office of District and Sessions Judge Rajanpur before bid submission deadline. Successful bidders shall deposit 5 percent performance guarantee upon completion of tender process. Procuring authority reserves right to reject bids under prevailing procurement rules. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security and complete solar system specifications before deadline to avoid disqualification.
