Plants Grass Sweet Soil Supply Court Road Tender Notice
Description
Supply of plants grass and sweet soil for Court Road center median Ladies and Children Park and other roads under Horticulture Agency Gujrat. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab E-PADS are eligible to participate through single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Deputy Director Horticulture Agency Gujrat and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids otherwise firms shall be declared non-responsive. Lowest bidders quoting below approved DNIT amount threshold shall deposit additional performance security within two days of notice issuance. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and fake documents may result in blacklisting. Pro Tip: Submit complete bid documents and original CDR before opening time to avoid disqualification.
