Pkli Medical Procurement Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and procurement of medicines formulary medicines radiology contrast lab consumables medical grade refrigerators and civil and MEP works for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appearing on active taxpayer list. Procurement includes both prequalification and single stage two envelope procedures depending on tender category. All bids must be accompanied by 2 percent bid security in favour of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center in the form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order. Original bid security must be submitted physically before submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS submission and physical delivery of original bid security before specified closing time to maintain bid responsiveness.
