Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from original manufacturers and distributors of foreign or local manufacturers for procurement of 50 oxygen flowmeters. The estimated tender value is PKR 975,000 and bid security is PKR 19,500 equal to 2% of the estimated amount. The procurement will follow the single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Delivery terms are DDP-PKLI Lahore. E-bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 06-10-2026, with bids opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid security may be submitted in the prescribed form including CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order and must also be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. The procurement concerns oxygen flowmeters and medical equipment.
