Court Solarization Gujrat Kharian Sarai Alamgir Tender Notice
Description
Installation of solarization systems for courts at District Headquarter Gujrat Sub Division Kharian and Sub Division Sarai Alamgir through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must be financially sound and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C3 and above with relevant CE-01 code. Contractors are required to upload scanned copies of 5 percent CDR bid security and submit original CDR one day before bid submission deadline. Rates must include all taxes including GST PST income tax and stamp duty and remain valid for 180 days. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days after signing of contract. Affidavit regarding no litigation or litigation history of last ten years is mandatory.
