Description
E-tenders are invited for procurement of IT equipment including computer systems accessories UPS backup batteries laser printers inverter air conditioners and water dispensers for Civil Courts District Narowal under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope bidding procedure through EPADS. Bidders registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Original 5 percent bid security in shape of CDR and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting are mandatory before submission deadline. Successful bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee. Bid validity shall remain 120 days inclusive of all applicable taxes. Pro Tip: Ensure bid security is issued from official company account and upload all tax certificates with affidavit to avoid rejection.
