Strengthening Revamping Hospital Infrastructure Projects Tender Notice

Strengthening and revamping of district headquarters hospitals and secondary health facilities under provincial health infrastructure improvement programs including building capacity to respond to COVID-19 and future pandemics at DHQ Hospital Batkhela DHQ Hospital Saidu Sharif Swat DHQ Hospital Shangla DHQ Hospital Chitral DHQ Timargara DHQ Dir Upper and DHQ Bajaur under ADP No.520/210121 and ADP No.521 Code No 210123 including building rehabilitation improvement of accident and emergency units and healthcare infrastructure enhancement. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS procedure. Technical and financial bids are required from firms registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant specialized categories with adequate financial soundness experience equipment capability and audit reports. Contractors must electronically submit bid security details and provide affidavits regarding 2 percent CDR or bank guarantee. Additional security and detailed rate analysis are mandatory for bids below engineer estimates as per KPPRA rules. Financial bids will be opened later for technically qualified bidders only. Pre-bid meeting dates will be declared on the E-PADS system and communicated through email before bid opening.
