Strengthening and improvement works for district headquarters hospitals and secondary healthcare facilities including enhancement of building capacity to respond to COVID-19 and future pandemics at DHQ Timargara and DHQ Dir Upper along with revamping of secondary health facilities and improvement of accident and emergency units at DHQ Bajaur under ADP No.521 Code No 210123 and ADP No.632 Code No.210187 for 2025-26 revised projects. Procurement includes healthcare infrastructure rehabilitation building improvement emergency unit enhancement and associated construction works through Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS procedure. Bidders must possess relevant PEC specialized codes and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration along with technical capability financial soundness equipment resources audit reports and supporting documentation.
