Hospital Infrastructure Strengthening Revamping Works Tender Notice
Description
Strengthening and revamping works for district headquarters hospitals and secondary health facilities including enhancement of building capacity to respond to COVID-19 and future pandemics at DHQ Timargara DHQ Dir Upper and DHQ Bajaur under ADP No.521 Code No 210123 and ADP No.632 Code No.210187 for 2025-26 revised projects. Procurement includes hospital infrastructure rehabilitation improvement of accident and emergency units healthcare facility strengthening and associated construction works through Single Stage Two Envelope E-PADS procedure. Bidders must possess relevant PEC specialized codes and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration with adequate financial soundness experience equipment capability audit reports and technical documentation. Contractors are required to submit electronic bid security details affidavits for 2 percent CDR or bank guarantee and comply with KPPRA rules regarding additional security and detailed rate analysis for below estimate bids.
