Description
Supply of plant and machinery IT equipment hardware stationery and furniture items for Civil Courts Mansehra including water dispensers air conditioners biometric machines solar batteries laptops printers scanners roller kits white paper legal size paper printer toners photostat machine toners presiding chairs presiding tables revolving office chairs computer tables sofa sets steel benches lawyers chairs and office tables. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for hardware IT equipment and plant and machinery while single stage procedure shall apply for furniture and stationery items. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and active on FBR taxpayer list with at least three years experience as manufacturers or authorized dealers. Samples are required at opening time and rates shall include all applicable taxes. Quantities may be increased or decreased according to budget and requirements. Original 3 percent bid security in shape of CDR from the bidder account is mandatory. Bids received after due date incomplete or conditional shall not be accepted.
