Procurement Solid Waste Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery including front end loader back hoe mini tippers and tractor trolleys for Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah through Single Stage Two Envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Procurement includes supply fabrication delivery and operational training for solid waste machinery while chassis shall be supplied by TMA. Eligible manufacturers fabricators suppliers and firms having NTN GST valid renewed PEC registration and 3S facilities including sales service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may participate. Electronic bids are required through EPADS along with technical and financial proposals. Original bid security amounting to 2 percent of total bid price in shape of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah is mandatory before the closing date and time. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including free delivery to TMA office. Applicable taxes including sales tax income tax KPPRA taxes and stamp duties shall apply. Incomplete conditional late or manual bids shall not be entertained and purchase order shall remain subject to release of funds.
