Supply Of Laboratory Equipment Chemicals And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 10ml glass vials for saline injection with rubber stoppers and flip off aluminum caps - turnstile along with access control reader and accessories - glass partitioning for cargo lift and false ceiling - miscellaneous chemicals - design and fabrication of QC sterility and endotoxin laboratory - instrumentation and control components on FOR Islamabad basis. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department having offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tender fee of Rs. 1000 is applicable for each tender through bank draft or pay order only. Tender must be accompanied with 2 percent earnest money of total order value inclusive GST. Single stage one envelope and two envelope bidding procedures shall apply as specified. Tender validity shall remain 60 days from opening date. Payment shall be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of stores. Tender documents may be obtained through written request on company letterhead and can also be dispatched through dak fax or email. Bid submission time is 10:30 AM and opening time is 11:00 AM on the stated date. Pro Tip: Submit original bank draft one day before opening date and avoid overwriting or incomplete documentation to prevent rejection.
