Framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27 covering L.P medicines, surgical and disposable items, dialysis items and accessories, biomedical gases, fire extinguishers, X-ray films and accessories, dental items, general store items, linen items including bedding and clothing, stationery items, printing items, computer stationery, IT equipment, CCTV systems, toner refilling, chemistry analyzer on reagent rental basis, special chemistry on reagent rental basis, serology with disposable consumable items, eye OT instruments, ICU/HDU surgical instruments, minor OT instrument sets, gynae OT instruments, SVD sets, general surgery instrument sets, urology instrument sets, ENT OT sets, orthopedic surgical instruments, hearing aids and implants, infection control equipment and accessories, homeopathic medicines, plants and machinery, furniture and fixtures, LEDs, transportation of goods and medicines, annual repair of bed lift 1600 Kg, annual services and maintenance of dialysis RO plant, accessories and parts for oxygen plant, dialysis machines and accessories, and accessories and parts for biomedical equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through e-PADS. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possess professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and be registered on e-PADS. Electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the respective lot and original bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted before office closing time. Bid submission is through e-PADS only. Bid opening is scheduled at 12:00 AM on the opening date.
