Procurement Of Hospital Medicines Consumables Equipment And Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for Financial Year 2026-27 including stationery items - miscellaneous and petty items - dietary items for patients - uniforms and linen - life saving medical supplies - laboratory and imaging items - furniture repair - machinery and equipment repair - transport vehicle repair - local purchase of medicines (15%) - specific consumable items - purchase of patient trolleys. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS electronic procurement system under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS. Original tender fee of Rs. 3,000 for each tender category and bid security equal to 5% of the respective budget must be submitted to the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-29 at 10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA Rules.
