Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual framework contracts for the year 2026-2027 through an open competitive Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. The procurement includes medicines, surgical items, disposable items, emergency medicines, bulk medicines, essential medicines, SSP medicines, dialysis items, biomedical gases, pathology and laboratory items including kits, disposable items, reagents for chemistry analyzers and CBC/hematology analyzers, X-ray films, chemicals, dental items, general store items, electrical items, bedding and clothing including linen items, printing items, stationery items, IT equipment, IT repair and maintenance, transportation of goods, and annual service and maintenance of dialysis machines and RO plants with accessories. Bid security for each lot shall be 2% of the estimated cost specified in the bidding documents and shall remain valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or online submission in accordance with PPRA guidelines. Bids must be submitted under the Punjab E-Procurement System and accompanied by NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date.
