Framework Contract For Cardiac Surgery And Hospital Consumab Tender Notice

Annual framework contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 covering cardiac surgery disposables and surgical sutures - cardiology angiography disposables - miscellaneous disposable items and instrument containers for the Central Sterile Supply Department - and miscellaneous contingency items for hospital use. The procuring institute invites bids from registered firms - manufacturers - sole distributors - individuals and suppliers who are active taxpayers. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Standard bidding documents containing technical specifications - scope of supply - terms and conditions are available free of cost through the PESSI website - Punjab PPRA website and e-procurement system. Bids must be uploaded electronically through the PPRA e-procurement portal; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be furnished in the form of CDR at 2 percent of the estimated price for the first three tenders and 1 percent for miscellaneous contingency items. Bid validity is 120 days from submission. Bids will be opened electronically according to the published tender-specific schedule, and only eligible firms registered with the e-procurement system may participate.
