Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 covering purchase of dialysis items - laboratory items - X-ray films and accessories - general store consumables and other items - printing and stationery items - IT equipment items - dental items - surgical instruments. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and is open to eligible bidders defined in the bidding documents. Interested firms, agencies, distributors and general order suppliers must have financially sound backgrounds and valid NTN and STRN registrations. NTN registration certificate must be provided and STRN is compulsory. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, Punjab E-Procurement System and THQ Hospital Jampur website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 1% is required for each procurement category in the form of online security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan.
