Description

Procurement of laboratory equipment for establishment of Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 42 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Separate electronic bids must be submitted for each lot or package through Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and schedule of requirements are available free of cost through Punjab PPRA and e-Procurement websites. Bid security of 2% must be furnished through CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty in favour of Principal, Sargodha Medical College Sargodha/Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College Mianwali. Conditional bank guarantees will not be accepted. A copy of bid security must accompany the technical e-bid, while the original security and confirmatory correspondence from the concerned bank must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent Office before technical bid opening. Technical proposals will be evaluated against the prescribed criteria and only technically responsive bidders will qualify. Bids must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open at 11:30 AM. Late bids will not be entertained. In case of an official or local holiday, the next working day will automatically become the submission and opening date.
