Framework contracts for financial year 2026-2027 covering seven lots at THQ Hospital Depalpur: Lot 1, biomedical gases, estimated cost Rs. 8,000,000 and bid security Rs. 160,000; Lot 2, pathology kits and laboratory items, estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 and bid security Rs. 40,000; Lot 3, X-ray films and cassettes, estimated cost Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security Rs. 20,000; Lot 4, printing material, estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 and bid security Rs. 40,000; Lot 5, stationery items, estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 and bid security Rs. 40,000; Lot 6, general store items and biomedical and non-biomedical equipment, estimated cost Rs. 2,500,000 and bid security Rs. 50,000; and Lot 7, IT equipment and accessories, with the notice stating an estimated cost of Rs. 8,000,00 and bid security of Rs. 16,000. Eligible companies, firms, authorized distributors and experienced suppliers must have NTN and GST registration where applicable. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure pursuant to the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidders must register as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically. Bid security valid for 180 days must be submitted with the bid in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidders must quote rates for all items in each lot they participate in, otherwise their bids will be rejected. The receiving deadline is 11 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and bids will open at 12:30 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Late bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules. The procuring agency may disqualify bidders submitting false, inaccurate or incomplete information and reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35.
