Framework procurement of LP medicines and surgical disposable items comprising 23 items with an estimated cost of PKR 12 million and bid security of PKR 0.24 million, together with general store items estimated at PKR 4 million with bid security of PKR 0.08 million, for DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad, and Government Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad, Faisalabad. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the relevant categories and submit electronic bids through the portal. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be completed, signed and stamped, including all required forms and tables, and item rates must include all applicable government taxes. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically in favour of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the tender. Successful bidders must furnish performance security equal to 2% of the total contract value electronically, refundable after successful completion of contractual obligations. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 9 November 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date in the presence of available bidders or authorized representatives. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing date. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids shall be rejected under Regulation 8(4) of the PPRA Regulations 2024. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered or doubtful bids shall also be rejected. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and applicable PPRA regulations. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35.
