Supply Of Medicines Stationery And Hospital Supplies Tender Notice

Framework contract procurement for financial year 2025-26 covering emergency medicines under local purchase, bulk medicines, printing items, stationery, general store items, other miscellaneous items, radiology department accessories including X-ray film, laboratory items, parking services and canteen services. Sealed tenders are invited from reputable companies, firms, authorized distributors and experienced suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The total estimated budget is Rs. 25,860,000. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for medicine, printing, stationery, general store, miscellaneous, radiology and laboratory packages, while parking and canteen packages require security of 10% of their estimated cost. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications may be obtained from the Medical Superintendent office for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Bids must be submitted by the prescribed deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and disqualify suppliers submitting false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
