Annual framework rate contract for FY 2026-27 comprising fourteen categories: Day-to-Day LP Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items - Biomedical Gases - Laboratory and Blood Bank Items - General Store Items - Stationery Items - Printing Items - Laundry Services - X-Ray Films - Dialysis Items under Universal Health Insurance Sehat Sahulat Program - Linen Items - Urology, Eye Operation Theater and Orthopedic Implants, Medical Devices, Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items for Operation Theater - Cleaning and Sanitation Items - Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items for Disaster or Natural Calamity Situations - Medicines, Surgical and Disposable Items for Zakat Fund Patients including Indoor and OPD. Estimated costs range from Rs.2 million to Rs.38 million per category and bid security is 2% of estimated cost. Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security must be furnished electronically through the prescribed Digital Bid Security mechanism or PSID generated through Punjab e-Procurement System. No manual bids are accepted.
