Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and hospital supplies for District Headquarters Hospital Vehari for financial year 2026-27 covering local purchase medicines including emergency, bulk, indoor, dialysis, thalassemia, Zakat, Social Welfare and Sehat Sahulat Program medicines - dialysis items - general store items - printing and stationery items - electric items, devices and machinery - X-ray items - photocopy items - printer repair and maintenance services including toner refilling and blade change - laboratory items - biomedical gases - dental items - linen items - biomedical equipment - surgical instruments - biomedical equipment accessories. Electronic bids are invited from bidders, suppliers, manufacturers and trading firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, holding professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow open competitive Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Each electronic bid must include a scanned 2% bid security of the estimated cost of the relevant lot or items. Bids must be submitted online by 12 October 2026 at 11:59 AM and opened at 12:30 PM the same day. Late bids will not be entertained, and in case of an official holiday the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
