Description
Local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items for THQ Hospital Mankera during Financial Year 2026-27, including medicines for Health Welfare Committee and Program requirements. Estimated budget is PKR 10 million and bid security is 2 percent of estimated costing. Eligible firms or agencies must have a financially sound background, be engaged in institutional pharmacy business or pharmacy chains and hold a valid Category A drug sale license. Separate bids are required for medicines from multinational manufacturers, medicines from national manufacturers and surgical or disposable items, with medicines evaluated on maximum discount from retail price and surgical or disposable items on applicable market rates. Rates remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is required in the form of an original CDR from a scheduled bank. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required and applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
