Framework contract for purchase of local purchase medicines and surgical disposable items, Sehat Sahulat Program medicines, dialysis items, pathology and laboratory items, radiology items, general store items, dental materials, surgical instruments, stationery and printing items, dialysis RO plant maintenance services, computer printer service and maintenance, and electric and IT items for DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar for FY 2026-27. The procurement consists of eight lots: Lot 1 local purchase medicine and surgical disposable items including day-to-day/emergency and Sehat Sahulat Program medicine estimated at Rs.75 million; Lot 2 dialysis items Rs.10 million; Lot 3 pathology and laboratory items Rs.5 million; Lot 4 radiology items Rs.10.1 million; Lot 5 general store items, dental materials and surgical instruments Rs.5 million; Lot 6 stationery items and printing Rs.8 million; Lot 7 dialysis RO plant service and computer printer maintenance services Rs.1.5 million; and Lot 8 electric and IT items Rs.1.5 million. Bids are on item-wise basis under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Bid security is 2% of the estimated price and bid validity is up to 120 days.
