Description
Procurement of hospital goods and services for Financial Year 2026-2027 including laboratory kits, chemical reagents and manuals on regular and reagent-rental basis - stationery items - annual framework contract for printing items - framework contract for medical gases - local purchase day-to-day items - framework contract for laundry services - framework contract for X-ray and CT scan films - prequalification of firms for local purchase through quotation of medicines, disposable items, medical devices and chemicals - and outsourcing of pest control and fumigation services. The procurements are to be conducted through electronic means under Rule 12 of PPRA and the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and comprise technical and financial offers inclusive of applicable taxes. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 applies. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price of quoted items is required where prescribed, with the security also uploaded in scanned form. Successful bidders must furnish 5% performance guarantee in the prescribed form in favour of the Medical Superintendent. All applicable federal and provincial taxes are to be included in quoted rates, and failure to comply with bidding-document requirements may result in rejection.
