Procurement Of Laboratory Equipment And Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-27 for Peoples Medical College Hospital, Shaheed Benazirabad covering medical diagnostic laboratory equipment - generic consumable items - medicines and drugs through local purchase, including bulk quantity purchase and daily basis purchase. Bids shall be submitted exclusively through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must register themselves on the Sindh Procurement Portal or EPADS. Tender documents may be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm original letterhead and paying a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs.2,000 for each applicable category. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the applicable provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2010 and amendments. A bid security of 2% of the quoted bid amount must accompany every bid in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Peoples Medical College Hospital, Nawab Shah. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Technical proposals shall be opened at 2:00 PM on the scheduled opening date in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA rules and bidding documents. If a public holiday is declared, the tender shall be opened on the next working day according to the prescribed schedule.
