Framework Contract For Medicines And Laboratory Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and laboratory items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers and firms holding a valid Drug Sale Licence Form 9A Category A with income tax and sales tax registration may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be based on maximum discount for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical disposable items. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the designated Bank of Punjab digital payment system. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
