Hiring of a Chartered Accountant firm registered with ICAP having satisfactory QCR rating for independent assessment of Unaccounted for Gas losses and TBS wise reconciliation methodology for gas transmission and distribution systems. Scope includes verification of UFG volumes for five year period ending FY 2024-25 and third party assessment of TBS monitoring system. Eligible firms must have prior experience as statutory external auditors of natural gas utility companies in Pakistan during the last ten years along with valid NTN PTN and ICAP registration. Firms must provide declaration regarding non involvement in litigation or arbitration against government entities or SNGPL. Pro Tip: Attach ICAP QCR certificate statutory audit experience evidence and litigation-free affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper to avoid disqualification.
