Description
Annual contract for hiring photocopying services for judicial and office documents for Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench for financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated contract value is Rs 7854480 with mandatory bid security of Rs 157090. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via EPADS. Rates must be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid for 180 days. Successful bidder must furnish 10 percent performance guarantee before commencement of services from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security physically one hour before EPADS deadline and upload soft copy on portal to avoid rejection.
