Auction of university canteens and shops for financial year 2026-27, including Girls Canteen adjacent BS Block - Canteen Engineering Block - Canteen Western Block - Photocopy and Stationary Shop adjacent BS Block - Photocopy and Stationary Shop Engineering Block. Applications are invited from reputed firms, suppliers and contractors registered with Tax Departments as Active Tax Payers. Earnest money is 5% of the reserve price. Applications must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 26-08-2026 and open auction will be conducted at 11:30 AM, with subsequent second and third auctions potentially held on 31-08-2026 and 03-09-2026. Contracts will be awarded to the highest bidders, who must pay 20% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining amount within ten days. The initial contract period is FY 2026-27 and may be extended up to three years subject to satisfactory performance, with a possible 10% annual increase. Applicable taxes will be deducted.
