Uncooked Food Material Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uncooked food material and meals including rice meat chicken vegetables gram and related food items for approximately 71 boarding students of Government Madrassa Moaz Bin Jabal Shadman Colony Gujrat for financial year 2026-27 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Interested contractors having valid active NTN and Sales Tax registration may obtain tender documents and submit sealed technical and financial bids at office of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Gujrat. Estimated tender cost is Rs. 8,800,000 with bid security amounting to Rs. 176,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated amount. Technical bids shall be opened in presence of Purchase Committee. Taxes shall be paid by contractor as per government rules.
