Description
Provision of food commodities/items for special boarders for Financial Year 2026-27 at Government Degree College of Special Education, Dera Ghazi Khan. Eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,000,000 and bid security is PKR 80,000 representing 2% of estimated cost. Bid security must be deposited through online/1-Link bank transfer against the e-PS generated PSID and the payment slip submitted with the electronic bid; manual CDRs are not acceptable. The procurement will use the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee through online/1-Link bank transfer against a generated PSID before signing the contract and issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates must include applicable taxes and bid validity is six months from bid opening. Relevant terminology includes food supplies, food commodities, institutional food supply, special education boarding supplies, grocery supplies and food procurement.
