Food Commodities For Special Boarders Tender Notice
Description
Provision of food commodities and food items for special boarders for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 10,000,000/- and bid security is 2% amounting to PKR 200,000/-. Bid security must be deposited through online or 1-Link bank transfer against an e-PS generated PSID, with the payment slip submitted with the e-bid; manual CDRs are not accepted. A 5% performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder through online or 1-Link bank transfer. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes and bid validity is six months from opening. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on 12 October 2026.
