Hospital Canteen Operations Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction for canteen operations at THQ Hospital Burewala for financial year 2026-2027 through EPADS under open competitive bidding single stage two envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders firms and contractors registered with Income Tax Department and possessing valid category A license may participate. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS and bidders must register as suppliers on the platform before participation. Technical bids shall be opened online on scheduled date and bidders must submit bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR Pay Order or Demand Draft from scheduled bank along with original instrument physically before opening time otherwise bids shall be disqualified. Successful bidder shall deposit 34% of annual amount in advance within five days and remaining amount in two installments during December 2026 and March 2027. Taxes shall be deducted as per government rules and fake documents shall result in blacklisting and reporting to PPRA.
