Procurement Of Surveillance And Event Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of services including surveillance equipment CCTV cameras walkthrough gates tentage catering food services and transportation arrangements for Muharram Ul Haram and Chehlum 2026 through EPADS from firms and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall follow single stage one envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. Electronic bids submitted through EPADS shall only be considered valid. Bid security amounting to 3% of estimated cost shall be deposited and original hard copy CDR in favor of Deputy Commissioner Multan must be submitted before bid submission deadline otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Successful bidder shall furnish 5% performance guarantee prior to issuance of supply order. All quoted rates must be inclusive of taxes and competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
