Procurement and installation of horticulture water saving landscape sprinkler system project through EPADS from suppliers distributors manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appearing on active taxpayers list. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage one envelope procedure according to PPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate and EPADS websites. Completed signed and stamped bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before deadline and bid security in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Bank Draft or Pay Order amounting to 2% of estimated cost must be attached in PDF format and submitted physically before bid opening. Incomplete unsigned unstamped or late bids shall not be entertained and procuring agency may reject bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Suppliers providing complete EPADS documentation and valid bid securities with proven irrigation installation capability can improve responsiveness in landscaping infrastructure procurement.
