Description
Procurement of furniture including tables, chairs, benches, revolving chairs and sofas for the financial year 2025-26 to equip court offices and administrative facilities ensuring workspace functionality and operational efficiency. Interested firms must be well reputed, financially sound and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 497,750 must be submitted in the shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order before bid submission deadline and successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee. Rates must be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid till 30-06-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M.
