Procurement Of Security Staff Uniform Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security staff uniform items including jackets, jerseys, rain coats, shirts, trousers, belts, shoes, cotton vests, socks, barret caps, cap badges, GEPCO monograms, line yards, whistles, sergeant ranks, inspector stars, shoulder titles and shoulder cloth for inspector rank for operational security personnel use. Electronic bids are invited from registered or prequalified firms with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA GENCOS or PPMC and eligible unregistered firms for free delivery at Regional Store GEPCO 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad Gujranwala. Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure under Least Cost Based Selection technique shall be adopted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 is mandatory in the form of Pay Order, Banker Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Executive Officer GEPCO and original instrument must be submitted before e-bid deadline. E-bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only and manual bids shall not be entertained. Bids must remain valid for 90 days and bid guarantee shall remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bid opening will take place on 17-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and bidders may submit clarification queries up to seven days before opening date.
