Neonatal Equipment Installation Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment package on DAP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic PGMI-II at G-11/3 Islamabad including healthcare and neonatal medical systems with associated commissioning and maintenance services. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2004 using Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Estimated procurement value is approximately PKR 6.6 million with mandatory bid security of PKR 132,000 and bid validity of 180 days. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS no later than 11-06-2026 at 03:30 PM and technical proposals will be opened at 04:00 PM on the same day. Only registered bidders on EPADS are eligible to participate.
