Repair Upgradation Electrical Installations Tender Notice
Description
Special repair, upgradation and modification of electrical and mechanical installations in Ministry of Housing and Works offices at Islamabad including E&M works and associated electrical infrastructure improvements on item rate basis under Pak PWD Schedule of Rates 2022 and market rates. Electronic bids are invited from contractors registered with Income Tax Department as active taxpayers, possessing valid electrical licenses and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category C6 or above with specialized codes EE02, EE04, ME01 and ME07. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS and original bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR, Bankers Cheque or Pay Order must be submitted before bid deadline. Contractors must have completed three E&M works with aggregate value of Rs. 4 million during last three years. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 08-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: Contractors with institutional E&M rehabilitation expertise and compliant PEC credentials may improve technical qualification strength.
