Hospital Management Information System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation, configuration and maintenance of hospital management information system including remaining items, servers and associated healthcare IT infrastructure for 32 DHQ hospitals under revamping project across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through framework contract. National competitive bidding is invited from manufacturers, importers and authorized dealers under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014. Bid solicitation documents are available through KPPRA, Health Department and EPADS portals. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 03-06-2026 and bidders must submit queries in writing before meeting. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 0.3 million in the name of Project Director is required from firm or manufacturer account. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only by 16-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
