Medical Supplies Hospital Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of cardiology disposable items, cardiac surgery disposable items, laboratory kits and chemical reagents, laboratory equipment on placement basis, x ray and CT scan films, biomedical engineering items, orthopedic implants, eye disposable items, urology disposable items, burn and maxillofacial items, laparoscopy and endoscopy supplies, CSSD items and general surgical disposable items for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee basis at Mayo Hospital Lahore. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers and authorized distributors registered with PPRA on E-PADS. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original bid security equivalent to 1% in the shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Bank Draft is mandatory on the date of tender opening. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 01-06-2026 at 10:00 AM in Conference Room Surgical Tower and bidders must submit samples of quoted items on tender opening day. Tender closing and opening dates range from 19-06-2026 to 23-06-2026 depending upon tender category.
