Relief Goods Flood Emergency Supplies Monsoon Season Tender Notice

Prequalification notice for provision of standardized relief goods, emergency supplies, catering, tents, transportation and disaster response equipment for Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 under FY 2026-2027 through E-Tendering as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Scope includes Food Hamper Ration Bags with separately sealed ghee packing, drinking water, flour atta 10kg, rice 10kg, cooked food per daig with 10kg material, transportation vehicles, camp catering services, tents, ropes, mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats chattai, charpai cots, mattresses, animal fodder and miscellaneous relief items. Interested companies, vendors, firms and general order suppliers registered on EPADS may apply along with required prequalification documents. Bid Security equal to 3 percent of estimated procurement cost and Performance Guarantee equal to 3 percent shall be submitted in form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank of Pakistan. Applications through EPADS must be submitted by 10-06-2026 up to 02:00 PM and prequalification applications will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: Disaster relief suppliers with proven emergency logistics capability, flood response inventory and prior DDMA or humanitarian supply experience may gain competitive advantage during evaluation.
