Purchase Office Court Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Tender invited by Office of the District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh for procurement of office and court furniture through PPRA E-Tendering System under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1). Eligible firms and contractors registered with Punjab Revenue Authority, FBR Income Tax and General Sales Tax are allowed to participate. Approximate estimated value of procurement is PKR 7.180 million with mandatory bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 10-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opening will take place on same date at 11:30 AM. Original CDR must be submitted one hour before opening of bids otherwise bidder shall stand disqualified. Pro Tip: Furniture manufacturers and institutional furnishing suppliers with strong government supply experience and complete EPADS documentation may gain competitive advantage.
