Purchase Of Medical Equipment And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of medical equipment and accessories for financial year 2026-27 under framework contract through EPADS on FOR basis using single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax Sales Tax and appearing on Active Taxpayer List may participate. Tender documents are available on EPADS portal and pre-bid meeting shall be conducted in office of Director Supply Chain HMC KGMC. Scan copy of bid security must be uploaded with EPADS submission and original CDR in favor of Dean Khyber Girls Medical College Peshawar must be submitted physically before deadline. Firms must possess ME-03 PEC specialized code and provide samples where required. Conditional tenders incomplete bids bids accompanied with pay order and manually submitted bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Upload scanned bid security on EPADS and physically submit original CDR before closing time to maintain responsiveness.
