Consumer Bill Forms Printing Distribution Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of printed A-4 bill forms with data printing and distribution of consumer bills with acknowledgment and geo location tagging through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids are invited from firms and consultants approved or registered with PPRA Government of Punjab. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS only and bidders must upload bids in PDF format. Bid security amounting to 0.184 million as 2% of estimated cost is mandatory in shape of CDR bank guarantee pay order demand draft or bankers cheque. Original bid security must be submitted physically before opening time. Registration with SECP FBR and PRA along with NTN and PRA certificates for financial year 2025-26 and relevant field experience are mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission deadline and conditional bids will not be accepted. Pro Tip: Ensure uploaded bid files are readable virus free and supported with valid tax registration documents to avoid rejection.
